Job summary

The Riverside Hotel invites applications for a Facilities Maintenance - Engineer I to join our Facility Maintenance team in Fort Lauderdale. • Respond promptly and professionally to guest and departmental maintenance requests.
• Troubleshoot and repair basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and mechanical systems.
• Complete preventative maintenance assignments according to established schedules and hotel standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, and building systems to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns.
