Job summary

Ymp-Real-Estate-Management-2 is seeking a Maintenance Technician to manage day-to-day operations and preserve the physical assets of our properties in Birmingham, AL. You will respond to tenant requests promptly, complete service requests within 48 hours, and perform routine upkeep on HVAC and building systems while upholding safety and compliance standards.

You will also assist with cleaning, common area maintenance, and on-site repairs as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years related experience or training, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Respond to tenant requests promptly and courteously.
• Complete service requests within 48 hours depending on unit status.
• Carry cell phone and be on-call as required for maintenance.
• Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs on building systems.
