We are partnering with a manufacturing organization in the Nashville, TN area seeking a Facilities Maintenance Engineer to support plant infrastructure, maintenance reliability, utility systems, and capital improvement projects. This is a hands‑on engineering role responsible for maximizing facility uptime, improving equipment reliability, managing contractors and vendors, and leading maintenance and infrastructure projects from concept through completion. The ideal candidate will have strong experience supporting industrial facility systems in a manufacturing environment and thrive in a fast‑paced, solutions‑driven operation focused on safety, reliability, and continuous improvement.
Physical expectations and working conditions associated with the job may include standing, walking, climbing stairs, and working in both office and manufacturing plant environments for extended periods of time.
