Regency on the Lake-Fort Gratiot, operated under Ciena Healthcare, is seeking a Director of Maintenance to oversee the physical plant, ensure safe operation of equipment, and lead maintenance staff at Regency on the Lake-Fort Gratiot.

The role emphasizes supervising personnel, planning and directing maintenance work, and ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations. Relevant HVAC/plumbing/electrical certifications are preferred to support facility operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years physical plant and equipment experience in an institutional environment with supervisory or management responsibilities.
• Certification in HVAC, plumbing, electrical preferred.

Responsibilities

• Management of the TELS platform and associated task completion.
• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizational policies and applicable laws.
• Interviews, hires and trains employees.
• Plans, assigns and directs work.
• Prepares work assignment sheets.
