Job summary

Trellis-Paradise is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to plan, organize, and direct the Maintenance Department in a healthcare facility, ensuring preventive maintenance, schedules, and coordination with Dietary, Nursing, and Activities to maintain a safe, comfortable environment.

The ideal candidate has at least a high school diploma, 3 years in a supervisory maintenance role, and knowledge of boilers, compressors, generators, electrical and plumbing systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of three years in a supervisory maintenance/plant role.
• Knowledge of boilers, compressors, generators, and related mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret building codes and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, and direct the Maintenance Department and programs.
• Ensure maintenance schedules are followed for all shifts or areas.
• Coordinate maintenance with Dietary, Nursing, Activities, and other departments.
