Qualificações

• High school education or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of supervisory maintenance experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations is required.
• Ability to plan and carry out repair, new construction, and equipment installation programs.

Responsabilidades

• Manages the operations of the Maintenance Department by staffing and scheduling personnel.
• Inspects storage rooms, work rooms, and closets for upkeep and supply control.
• Participates in facility surveys by governmental agencies.
• Ensures outside services are completed/supervised per contracts/work orders.
• Assists in establishing a preventative maintenance program.
• Coordinates with inter-department supervisors to identify improvement areas.
