Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct the maintenance department and manage staffing and scheduling.
• Inspect storage and work areas for upkeep and inventory control.
• Coordinate with government surveys and ensure compliance.
• Oversee external contractors and service contracts.
• Develop and implement a preventative maintenance program.
• Meet regularly with maintenance staff and cross-department leaders.
• Identify and record tasks involving potential exposure to blood/body fluids.
• Perform daily rounds to verify duties and maintenance needs.
• Maintain fire alarm and other safety systems.
• Oversee carpentry and building repairs within scope.
• Maintain heating and cooling systems.
• Perform electrical and plumbing repairs as needed.
• Monitor inventory and order supplies.
• Lead snow and ice removal of sidewalks.
• Be on call for emergencies as required.
• Other duties as assigned by Administrator.
