Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance supervisor role.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of maintenance staff to perform routine and emergency repairs, maintenance, and renovations to the facility.
• Develop and implement maintenance plans to prevent equipment failures and ensure optimal facility performance.
• Manage the maintenance budget, track expenses, and make recommendations for capital expenditures.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Perform inspections and assessments of the facility to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure cost-effective services.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and training to maintenance staff to improve their skills and effectiveness.
