Job summary

Norview Heights Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking a Maintenance Director to manage maintenance and construction across the facility. You will oversee grounds, parking lots, and equipment, and perform cleaning, painting, plaster, and inspections to ensure proper functioning.

The role requires a HS diploma or GED and 1-2 years of relevant experience, with the ability to work independently and make decisions, following written and oral instructions.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of maintenance experience
• Ability to work independently and make decisions
• Ability to read and follow written and oral instructions

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds, parking lots and facility equipment
• Perform cleaning tasks as needed in all areas
• Paint, plaster and refinish items as needed
• Inspect equipment and systems regularly for safety and proper functioning
• Work on cooling, plumbing, gas, electrical and mechanical systems
• Perform carpentry duties as needed
