Apploi is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor in Florida to oversee housekeeping and maintenance staff. The role covers plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing sealants, carpentry, painting and groundskeeping to keep the facility safe and well-maintained.

The candidate should manage scheduling, ensure safety and adherence to AHCA, NFPA, CMS, OSHA and EPA codes, and communicate clearly with staff and residents. Proficiency in MS Office is required, with strong multitasking abilities.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of managerial experience in facilities/maintenance preferred.
• Experience addressing leaks, structural repairs and routine maintenance.
