Job summary

Sodalis Senior Living seeks a capable Maintenance Supervisor to oversee facilities operations in a senior living community. You will supervise housekeeping and maintenance staff, coordinate repairs, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance across the building and grounds.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, contractor oversight, and on-call emergency support. A valid state driver’s license and HVAC/electrical/plumbing awareness are preferred for this role.

Qualifications

Education: High school diploma with 1–3 years related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Licenses/Certifications: HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing preferred.
Must have a valid state driver’s license.
Travel may be required as needed

Responsibilities

Supervise maintenance and housekeeping activities; coordinate and perform repairs.
Maintain TELs program, Life/Safety, and Preventive Maintenance Binders.
Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, MSDS, NEPA, and state regulations.
Inspect and service HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems; supervise contractor work.
Drive the community vehicle for resident transport and errands.
Respond to on-call emergencies and manage expenses within budget.
Assist with move-ins/move-outs and upkeep of facilities.
