Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean stairways, corridors, lobbies, restrooms, laundry rooms, and elevators as scheduled.
• Clean vacant apartments prior to move-in and maintain building exteriors for curb appeal.
• Operate and maintain power tools and equipment safely; assist in landscaping tasks as needed.
• Assist in trash-outs and moving appliances; report unsafe conditions to supervisor.
