Job summary

ADC-MS is seeking a Maintenance Worker – Janitorial to join our DC facilities team. You will perform general maintenance and custodial tasks in DC Gov buildings, ensuring orderly, sanitary conditions. On‑site work requires reliable transportation and working some shifts in the early morning or evening.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have a vehicle to bring you to work. DGS will provide vehicles to get you from work site to work site.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and custodial tasks in DC Gov buildings citywide.
• Transport to sites via DC Gov vehicles; assist with on‑call emergency services such as pre‑treating roads before snow.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in facilities per standard procedures.
