Job summary

The Autism Center of Nebraska is seeking a dependable Facilities Administrator to maintain and improve ACN-owned facilities across multiple locations in Omaha, NE. Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, repairs, and coordination with contractors.

The role requires travel between worksites and a strong focus on safety and records accuracy. Compensation ranges from $19.00 to $21.00 per hour, based on experience, with full-time scheduling Monday–Friday and occasional weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building maintenance and repair across multiple ACN locations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and facility systems.
• Complete preventive maintenance tasks to keep facilities safe and operational.
• Coordinate and communicate with specialized contractors and service providers.
• Monitor facility conditions and identify areas needing repair or improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and projects.
• Respond to maintenance requests and facility-related emergencies.
• Assist with facility inspections and ensure safety compliance.
• Prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
• Travel between ACN worksites as needed.
• Other duties as assigned
