Job summary

The role requires 4+ years in facilities management or 8+ years alternative, familiarity with CMMS, and strong knowledge of plumbing, HVAC/R, electrical, and mechanical systems. Work hours are Mon-Fri 8-5 with occasional after-hours support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred or 8+ years facilities management experience in lieu of education.
• Proficiency with CMMS and basic maintenance skills across plumbing, HVAC/R, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Experience building strong internal relationships and collaborating with multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Manage asset life cycle for facilities equipment and systems.
• Coordinate with Facilities staff, contractors, and Project teams for warranty work.
• Develop and implement planned, preventive, and predictive maintenance schedules.
