Job summary

Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a facilities maintenance professional to uphold the daily upkeep of multiple centers, ensuring a safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment for patients and staff. The role includes housekeeping, yard work, basic repairs, and adherence to safety policies across sites.

You will perform routine maintenance tasks, operate cleaning equipment, and assist with minor repairs while following health guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• On the job training is provided.
• Driver’s license, auto liability insurance and an automobile are required.

Responsibilities

• Housekeeping: maintain sanitary, safe, and attractive facilities.
• Yard maintenance: mow, weed, trim grass, and keep perimeter clean.
• Maintenance and safety: perform basic repairs and report mechanical issues to supervisor.
• Maintain and clean equipment and supplies; ensure proper storage and inventory.
