Job summary

Pilot Company is hiring for a Facility Services role at a Wisconsin travel center. The position focuses on maintaining cleanliness, cleaning showers/restrooms, and handling towels for showers, with general maintenance duties to keep the facilities in top condition. A strong team mindset and physical ability are required.

Starting pay ranges from $13.15 to $19.18 per hour, with weekly pay and benefits. Flexible shifts including nights and weekends are available, and opportunities for training in

Qualifications

• Highly motivated self-starters.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and walk/stand most of the day.
• Flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
• Preferred: Experience in a similar position.
• Preferred: Knowledge of industrial equipment and ability to fix small problems.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining overall cleanliness of the store.
• Cleaning showers and restroom facilities.
• Washing, loading, and unloading towels for showers.
• Performing general repair/maintenance of the store.
• Picking up and taking all trash around travel center.
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities.
