Job summary

Pilot Company is hiring for an on-site Facility Services role in Wisconsin. You will help maintain clean, safe facilities across our travel center including showers, restrooms, and guest areas.

The position supports a team-focused environment with opportunities across roles within travel centers and restaurants. Starting pay ranges from $13.15 to $19.18 per hour, with weekly pay and benefits including meals, health plans for full-time staff, PTO and family leave.

Qualifications

• Must be highly motivated and able to work as part of a team.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk most of the day.
• Flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of the store.
• Clean showers and restrooms.
• Wash, load, and unload towels for showers.
• Perform general repair/maintenance tasks.
• Take out trash around the travel center.
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities.
