Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking a Facility Services teammate to help maintain the cleanliness of our travel center, showers, and restrooms, while supporting guest needs. Pay rates start between $13.15 and $19.18 per hour, with weekly pay and a range of benefits.

You will perform towels handling, basic repairs, trash removal, and ensure a welcoming environment for guests and team members across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Highly motivated self-starters.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and walk/stand most of the day.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining overall cleanliness of the store.
• Cleaning showers and restroom facilities.
• Washing, loading, and unloading towels for showers.
• Performing general repair/ maintenance of the store.
• Picking up and taking all trash around travel center.
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities.
