Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and willingness to perform trucking/delivery tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in ensuring mechanical operations follow approved policies and procedures.
• Develop specifications for general repair materials, supplies, tools, and projects.
• Attend in-service training programs as needed.
• Develop sketches, bills of material, and estimated costs for work assigned.
• Review cost statements for completed jobs and explain variances.
• Work independently and with others; use blueprints and shop drawings to install equipment and building items.
• Operate trucks, vans, dump trucks, tractors, bobcats, and other equipment.
• Maintain athletic fields, lay sod, trim trees, and seed fields; manage delivery/receiving operations.
• Follow preventive maintenance program and participate in emergency repairs as needed.
