Job summary

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED and basic knowledge of wiring, plumbing, and carpentry.
• Ability to comply with HIPAA laws.
• This position requires that the employee is able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
• Comply with vaccination and testing requirements as required by state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair of center grounds and facilities.
• Follow directions from the Maintenance Director.
• Maintain and repair basic center functions and equipment.
• Take care of tools and equipment.
• Provide customer service first and assist with other duties as requested.
