Responsibilities

• Performs heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors, sidewalks, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass.
• Cleans building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Gathers and empties trash cans, boxes, bags of shredded paper, etc.
• Mow and trim the grass around the facility.
• Perform repairs on equipment/buildings.
• Provides superior customer service to all visitors.
• Notifies Facilities Manager of supply needs and safety concerns.
