Our Facilities Maintenance Staff are passionate about excellence and deliver exceptional service to members and guests. They often oversee building and grounds maintenance and cleanliness.
Job Responsibilities:
- Create custom Member and guest experiences by delivering exceptional hospitality.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the work area and shop.
- Comply with all safety and health department codes and procedures. Maintain Company Safety and Sanitation Standards.
- Assist in pool maintenance when needed.
- Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks across the club, including electrical, plumbing, mechanical, carpentry, painting, cleaning, and vegetation trimming. Evaluate work orders, determine resources, notify supervisors, and complete documentation.
- Keep all facility areas clean and presentable, including trash removal, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and furniture arrangement.
- Conduct routine building inspections, including floors, walls, ceilings, air vents, electrical and plumbing fixtures.
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment such as freezers, refrigerators, appliances, HVAC systems, sound systems, exercise equipment, pools, and hot tubs.
- Report supply needs to supervisors.
- Perform other duties as required.
Experience:
- Preferred but not required; at least 1 year of maintenance experience.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Caring team player who supports others’ success.
- Ability to provide customer service with a smile.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
This is a part-time position.
