Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Maintenance Technician Apprentice for a 1-year training program in Beaverton, OR. This full-time permanent apprenticeship trains you to perform basic preventive maintenance and repairs on buildings, systems, and grounds under supervision, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.

You will follow safety protocols, document work, and assist with office moves while gaining hands-on experience in a professional facility environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions; clear writing of routine reports may be required.
• Digital literacy with basic office software and work order systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic preventive maintenance and corrective repair under supervision.
• Assist with maintenance of buildings and systems including lighting, plumbing, HVAC, and roofing.
• Maintain records of maintenance and repairs.
• Support with office moves and space organization.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
