Job summary

CBRE Beaverton is offering a full-time Maintenance Technician Apprentice role with a 1-year training program. You will perform basic preventive maintenance and corrective repair of buildings, industrial systems, equipment, and grounds under close supervision.

Under supervision, you will use carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, heating and cooling trades, and document maintenance activities while supporting office moves and facility services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions; write routine reports.
• Digital literacy with work order systems, email, and ESS; basic MS Outlook skills.
• Meet physical requirements: lift up to 50 lbs; ability to stand and climb as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic preventive maintenance and corrective repairs.
• Assist with fixing buildings and installed systems (lighting, plumbing, HVAC, etc.).
• Follow safety codes and company directives for building operations.
• Maintain neat records of maintenance and repair activities.
• Assist with office moves and space setup as required.
• Maintain professional appearance of property and spaces.
