Job summary

This full-time role performs basic preventive maintenance and corrective repairs under supervision, gaining practical skills across building systems. You will assist with carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, HVAC and related tasks, while participating in safety programs and on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Digital literacy in work order system and Microsoft Office Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Follow all applicable codes, regulations, and safety policies.
• Adhere to existing practices and participate in training.
• Perform general maintenance and repairs and complete records.
• Assist with repairing buildings and installed systems (lighting, plumbing, kitchen equipment, roofs, drains, shop, HVAC) under supervision.
• Maintain appearance of property and spaces.
• Assist with office moves and related tasks.
