Monarch Steel Company, Inc. in Ohio seeks a Facilities Maintenance and Landscaping Technician to keep four facilities safe and functional. You will perform inspections, landscape outdoor spaces, paint as needed, and lead maintenance projects while delivering excellent service.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a proactive, team-oriented approach within a 1 TEAM culture. EOE employer.

The Facilities Maintenance and Landscaping Technician will ensure the upkeep and functionality of both our internal and external facilities through a variety of maintenance tasks for four different facilities. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. This role will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and efficient environment for all.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on facilities to ensure optimal operation.
• Landscape and maintain outdoor spaces for residential, commercial facilities
• Residential and commercial painting tasks as needed to maintain aesthetic standards

• Lead projects related to facilities maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas and tools.
