Job summary

Palm Beach Toyota, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, is seeking a Facilities Representative to maintain our dealership’s building and grounds and oversee maintenance of equipment to ensure maximum production. You will be responsible for routine tasks, safety, and timely repairs.

The role requires a practical maintenance background with strong attention to detail, reliability, and a team-focused attitude to support a fast-paced automotive environment.

Qualifications

• High School graduate. Previous maintenance experience or general construction background desired.
• Strong ability for on-the-job training and safety awareness.

The Facilities Representative is responsible for maintaining building maintenance and services, repair/replacement of dealership equipment to ensure maximum production of the dealership.

Work Environment

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

Standard Business Hours with ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

Required Education and Experience

High School graduate. Previous maintenance experience. Strong ability for on the job training. General Construction background desired.

Preferred Education and Experience

Associates degree or equivalent; and three to five year's related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Automotive dealership facility experience.
Electrical and electronic principles.
Blueprint and electrical schematic reading.

Additional Eligibility Qualifications (Certification/Licenses/Registrations)

Must be certified in both Electrical and HVAC repair
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Certification of taking a 20 Hour OSHA class
Fork Lift certification
Aerial Lift Certification
