Pathways Inc. in Kentucky is seeking a dependable Maintenance Worker to provide general maintenance, repair, and upkeep for facilities across the FIVCO and Gateway Regions. The role requires hands-on experience, ability to work independently, and willingness to travel regionally with a company vehicle provided.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, inspecting sites, and ensuring safety and functionality of buildings and systems. High school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• General maintenance knowledge and hands-on experience.
• Ability to read, interpret, and complete work orders accurately and efficiently.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel regularly throughout the assigned service regions.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsabilités

• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks as assigned through work orders.
• Maintain and repair building systems, equipment, fixtures, and facilities as needed.
• Complete all required documentation and paperwork associated with work orders within one working day of job completion.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance and repair needs across assigned locations.
• Perform basic maintenance duties including plumbing, carpentry, electrical repairs, painting, and general facility upkeep.
• Travel between assigned sites throughout the FIVCO and Gateway Regions as required.
• Maintain professionalism and positive communication while working at various locations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Salary:

$34,000 – $38,000

Schedule:

Full-Time, 40 Hours per Week

Service Areas

FIVCO Region: Carter, Boyd, Greenup, Elliott, and Lawrence Counties

Gateway Region: Rowan, Menifee, Montgomery, Morgan, and Bath Counties

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Worker to provide general maintenance, repair, and upkeep for facilities throughout the FIVCO and Gateway Regions. This position is responsible for completing work orders, performing routine inspections, and ensuring buildings and equipment remain in safe and functional condition. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently across multiple locations.

A company vehicle will be provided for regional travel related to assigned duties.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• General knowledge and hands-on experience in maintenance-related tasks such as plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, and facility repairs.
• Ability to read, interpret, and complete work orders accurately and efficiently.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned service regions.
