Job summary

Pathways Inc. is seeking a dependable Maintenance Worker to provide general maintenance, repair, and upkeep for facilities in the FIVCO and Gateway Regions.

You will handle work orders, inspections, and ensure safety and functionality across multiple locations, with a company vehicle provided for regional travel. The ideal candidate has hands-on maintenance experience, the ability to read work orders, and strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• General maintenance knowledge and hands-on experience.
• Ability to read, interpret, and complete work orders.
• Strong troubleshooting and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned service regions.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks per work orders.
• Maintain and repair building systems, equipment, fixtures, and facilities as needed.
• Complete all required documentation and paperwork within one working day of job completion.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance and repair needs across locations.
• Perform basic maintenance duties including plumbing, carpentry, electrical repairs, painting, and general facility upkeep.
• Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are used safely and maintained appropriately.
• Follow all agency safety procedures and protocols while performing duties.
• Travel between assigned sites within the FIVCO and Gateway Regions.
• Maintain professionalism and positive communication at various locations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Salary: $34,000 – $38,000
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 Hours per Week
