Job summary

Pathways Inc. is hiring a Maintenance Worker to provide general maintenance, repair, and upkeep for facilities across the FIVCO and Gateway Regions. The role includes completing work orders, inspections, and ensuring buildings and equipment are safe and functional.

A company vehicle will be provided for regional travel related to duties. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and able to work independently across multiple locations, with a High School Diploma or GED and hands-on

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
General maintenance knowledge and hands-on experience required.
Valid driver’s license required.
Ability to read, interpret, and complete work orders accurately and efficiently.
Ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned service regions.

Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance and repair tasks via work orders.
Maintain building systems, equipment, fixtures, and facilities as needed.
Document work orders within one working day of job completion.
Conduct routine inspections across locations.
Carry out plumbing, carpentry, electrical, painting, and general facility upkeep.
Ensure tools and materials are used safely and maintained properly.
Follow all safety procedures and protocols while performing duties.
Travel between sites within the FIVCO and Gateway Regions as required.
Maintain professionalism and effective communication at various locations.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
