Job summary

Idle Hour Country Club is seeking a full-time maintenance assistant to help keep facilities in top condition. You will perform routine tasks and repairs across the club spaces, with emphasis on safety and reliability.

Responsibilities include painting, caulking, drainage work, lighting maintenance, and related duties. A valid driver's license and ability to lift 50 pounds are required, and you will be part of a cohesive team delivering excellent service.

General R&M to include:

• Painting/caulking
• Using tools to conduct preventive maintenance and small repairs
• Lifting and moving heavy objects
• Unclogging drains
• Changing light bulbs and repairing light fixtures
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• Ability to read, understand, follow and enforce safety procedures.
• Skill in the safe and efficient operation of a variety of hand and power tools.

MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION AND BE A RELIABLE TEAM MEMBER.
