Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Associate degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience leading facilities/office operations and supervising staff.
• Knowledge of health, safety, security, continuity, and sustainability practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily facility operations to keep the office equipped and efficient.
• Lead and supervise Facilities staff, including training and performance management.
• Oversee budgets, invoices, purchase requests, and financial reporting.
• Liaise with landlords, property managers, contractors, vendors, and service providers.
• Provide front desk backup and maintain office services, records, and space utilization.
• Support moves, renovations, and facility improvement projects.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, security, and sustainability policies.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding support, access management, and visitor management.
• Maintain facility, lease, utilization, and compliance records and reporting.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Security, Finance, and HSE to meet operational needs.
