Responsibilities

Oversee facilities maintenance for restaurants within the Virginia Beach market.
Coordinate and manage preventative maintenance programs.
Provide hands-on diagnostics and support for HVAC systems, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, and basic electrical/plumbing.
Determine repair approach and manage internal vs. approved vendors.
Manage work orders using Corrigo or similar system.
Ensure compliance with brand standards and safety requirements.
Partner with General Managers and Area Leaders to support restaurant performance.
Assist with minor remodels, reimages, and equipment replacements as needed.
Maintain vendor relationships and control maintenance expenses within budget.
