Job summary

Regis Corporation is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance of club facilities (excluding the golf course and tennis courts) and lead the maintenance staff. The role requires a two-year degree and extensive experience in mechanical systems, energy management, and safety practices.

The manager will coordinate multi-discipline projects, develop annual budgets, and ensure compliance with safety standards while coordinating with the General Manager on major renovations.

Qualifications

• Mechanically inclined with knowledge of mechanical systems, plumbing, electrical and refrigeration.
• Organizational ability to coordinate club projects and renovations; understanding of energy management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi-discipline projects and utilize technical support staff.
• Ability to develop and maintain safety practices and hazard awareness.

Responsibilities

• Manage a comprehensive facilities maintenance program for club facilities (excluding golf course/tennis courts).
• Oversee day-to-day operations; direct service calls; repairs and installations per guidelines.
• Prepare annual budgeting for repair, energy and capital expenditures.
• Maintain five-year maintenance and capital improvement plans for all buildings.
• Plan and administer energy management and preventive maintenance programs.
• Supervise purchasing of goods and materials; issue purchase orders as required.
• Maintain and monitor fire, phone, data, music, cable and TV systems across facilities.
• Conduct daily facilities walkabouts and site inspections as needed.
• Assist in preparing reports for city/county on safety, health and permits.
