Job summary

You will lead vendor relationships, capital projects, and safety programs while collaborating with HR and IT to support employee onboarding and workspace management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in facilities management or related field preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive facilities management experience.
• Experience managing corporate headquarters environments and leases is preferred.
• Experience overseeing capital improvement projects and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation and maintenance of headquarters and facilities.
• Develop preventive maintenance programs for building systems and equipment.
• Coordinate lease negotiations, renewals, and landlord communications.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee facility improvement projects within budget.
