Job summary

OurCalling in Dallas, TX is seeking a Facilities Manager to maintain our building, grounds, and equipment and to coordinate repairs and vendor services. The role includes fleet oversight and ensuring safety and code compliance across MEP systems.

The FM will partner with the Director of Operations, manage maintenance projects, and occasionally support other ministry operations. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years facilities maintenance or property management experience.
• 2 years in commercial facility operations.
• Experience coordinating vendors and repairs; preventive maintenance schedules.
• Familiarity with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety systems.
• Experience in fleet management and janitorial oversight preferred.
• Proficiency with technology and project tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Research, plan, observe, and evaluate facility activities.
• Serve as primary contact for maintenance vendors and janitorial services.
• Oversee maintenance projects and improvements.
• Maintain logs of repairs and maintenance actions.
• Schedule routine maintenance for mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and refrigeration equipment.
• Ensure equipment functions properly and facilities are clean.
• Manage fleet of OurCalling vehicles.
• Other duties as assigned.
