Job summary

Mint Cannabis’ Illinois production facility in Forest Park is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure safety compliance, and drive quality in all production workflows. You will lead cross-functional teams across cultivation, manufacturing and facility operations, maintain GMP, OSHA and state cannabis controls, and optimize throughput, yield and cost efficiency.

Experience with METRC and Dutchie is a plus; you’ll manage budgets, vendor relations, audits, and staff

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading facilities in manufacturing or cannabis environments.
• Strong knowledge of GMP/OSHA and safety protocols.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and cross-functional teams.
• Data-driven with reporting and KPI tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor production teams to achieve operational goals.
• Oversee daily production activities and equipment maintenance.
• Ensure full compliance with state cannabis regulations, GMP and OSHA.
• Manage facility security, records, audits, and vendor coordination.
• Develop and monitor department budgets and long-term improvement plans.
