Job summary

Mint Cannabis is seeking a Facilities Manager at our Illinois production facility in Forest Park. The role leads cross-functional teams, ensures safety and GMP/OSHA compliance, and drives yield and quality improvements while coordinating with vendors and regulators.

Based in Forest Park, IL 60130, the position reports to Procurement & Wholesale leadership and carries a $70,000–$80,000 annual pay range. Candidates must be 21+, able to obtain Illinois Facility Agent Card, and comply with state

Qualifications

• Experience as a facilities manager or similar leadership role in manufacturing, food production, or cannabis.
• Ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and meet performance goals.
• Proficient in data tracking, process improvement, and reporting systems.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and able to obtain and maintain an Illinois Facility Agent Card.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor production teams to achieve operational goals.
• Train and supervise technicians to ensure adherence to SOPs, safety protocols, and company policies.
• Assign daily tasks, oversee work quality, and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration.
• Oversee daily production activities, ensuring adherence to quality, compliance, and efficiency standards.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance, materials, and outsourced services.
• Establish and meet production KPIs, including throughput, quality control, and yield improvement.
