Ayr Wellness is seeking a Facilities Manager in Ohio to lead maintenance, safety, and operational performance of the facility. You will oversee systems, capital investments, and a team of maintenance professionals to align facility outputs with business goals.

You will manage the maintenance budget, coordinate with National Leaders, and drive safety and efficiency improvements across all assets and equipment. This role requires strong leadership and project management in a regulated environment.

Qualifikationen

• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing and HVAC systems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing contractors, construction projects and CapEx initiatives.

Aufgaben

• Own and manage overall safety environment for the facility, grounds, and maintenance department.
• Collaborate with national leaders for strategic direction and maintenance management.
• Manage contractor projects, major construction projects and CapEx initiatives.
• Own and manage the full maintenance budget including forecasting and cost control.
• Lead hiring, development, evaluation and performance of the maintenance team.
• Establish and maintain SOPs and preventive maintenance programs for all equipment.
• Maintain all assets within MaintainX (asset records, work history, system integrity).
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and regulatory standards across work areas.
• Drive continuous improvement to eliminate waste and improve facility efficiency.
• Serve as primary escalation point for after-hours breakdowns.
