Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years in the maintenance field.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and able to pass all background checks.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventative maintenance programs/tasks for equipment and facilities.
• Repairs minor issues in buildings, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and painting.
• Coordinates/directs subcontractor services for extensive or complex projects.
• Complies with OSHA, GMP, FDA, state/local regulations and company policies.
• Responds to emergency calls and performs immediate repairs as needed.
• Completes special projects as assigned by management.
• Reports facility safety and security issues to leadership.
• Maintains cleanliness of facilities, equipment, and tools.
• Supports a positive work environment and fosters teamwork.
