Ayr Wellness is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead maintenance, safety, and performance across the company’s facilities. You will manage the maintenance budget, lead a maintenance team, and partner with the Director of Operations to meet business goals.

The role requires strong leadership, project management, and experience overseeing contractor projects and capital expenditures in a regulated environment. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree and CMMS experience, preferably MaintainX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
• 7–10 years facilities management experience in regulated environments ideal.
• CMMS/work order systems experience (MaintainX preferred) is required.

Responsabilités

• Own the facility safety environment and maintenance program.
• Lead maintenance team and budget forecasting/coaching.
• Oversee contractor projects and CapEx initiatives.
• Develop SOPs and preventive maintenance programs for equipment and systems.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and facility standards across operations.
