Job summary

Sea Pines Country Club, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance of club facilities (excluding golf course and tennis courts) and manage day-to-day operations, budgeting, and safety programs. The role supervises one support assistant and reports to the General Manager.

Responsibilities include coordinating repairs, energy management, and capital projects, while ensuring compliance with codes and standards. Strong leadership and hands-on mechanics are essential.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree in related field with continuing education in Mechanical/Architectural Engineering, HVAC, plumbing or related field.
• 5+ years progressive experience in engineering or maintenance.
• Supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clubhouse and surrounding areas; oversee facilities maintenance program.
• Coordinate repairs across mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and safety systems.
• Plan and administer annual budgets for repair, maintenance, energy, and capital expenditures.
• Develop and manage five-year maintenance and capital improvement plans.
• Supervise staff and coordinate training and performance reviews.
• Ensure safety compliance and proper handling of hazardous materials.
