Qualifications

• Proficient with basic software including Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general maintenance and repairs in the community.
• Supervise maintenance and housekeeping staff to ensure proper upkeep.
• Provide leadership, training and development for assigned staff.
• Implement Injury and Illness Prevention Program and HazCom program.
• Coordinate safety audits, drills and emergencies.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and relationships with residents and staff.
