Job summary

YMCA OF PAWTUCKET is looking for a Maintenance Technician I to manage upkeep and repairs of facilities in Lincoln, RI. The role involves working closely with staff and vendors to ensure safe and clean premises, completing maintenance tasks, and reporting to supervisors.

The ideal candidate should have an Associate’s degree or equivalent experience, with strong leadership and communication skills. The position requires working various hours, including weekends, with a pay range of $18.00 - $20.00 hourly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of industry experience with carpentry and/or facility management activities.
• Demonstrable knowledge and experience with maintenance and housekeeping practices.
• Self-disciplined and strong communication skills.
