Job summary

ATG Entertainment USA's Kings Theatre in Brooklyn is seeking a detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to maintain safe operations, oversee inspections, and support venue readiness for concerts and events.

The role requires hands-on maintenance, coordination with management, vendors, and staff, and reporting duties, with flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekend show schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; trade certifications preferred.
• 2+ years in building operations or facilities management.
• Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb stairs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of safety, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Perform minor repairs and coordinate with external contractors.
• Respond to maintenance requests from staff during events to minimize disruptions.
• Conduct pre-show and post-show facility inspections.
• Supervise housekeeping during events and coordinate with management.
• Process vendor invoices and submit nightly reports.
• Support preventative maintenance and CAPEX projects per director's direction.
• Perform additional duties to support venue operations.
