Jericho Road Community Health Center is seeking a full-time Facilities Manager to lead the infrastructure and spaces at our 184 Barton location in Buffalo, NY. The role requires coordinating planning, budgeting, and project management within the Facilities Department.

Qualifications

• BA degree in facility management or related field; 3 years of experience.
• Knowledge of facilities planning, budgeting and scheduling.
• Understanding of building codes and contracts.
• Ability to work autonomously and communicate professionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective management of infrastructure, space and assets.
• Coordinate with building committees for facility planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Develop planning documents for project approvals.
• Prepare RFPs and coordinate with architectural and construction services.
• Develop and maintain facility budgets with oversight by leadership.
• Monitor and report on all phases of planning and construction.
