Qualifications

• Documentation of at least three years of verifiable IBM Tivoli Maximo CMMS or similar system.
• Experience with Building Automation System (Siemens Apogee and Niagara/Tridium or similar).
• High School Diploma or GED; supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Acts as SME on maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment.
• Provides technical guidance and supervision of technicians and maintenance workers.
• Troubleshoots, diagnoses, and repairs problems with systems.
• Oversees maintenance and checks on mechanical and electrical components.
• Ensures scheduled Preventive Maintenance is performed.
• Interacts with customers to determine problems and repair requirements.
• Coordinates with PM for schedules and staffing; provides feedback on personnel.
• Coordinates with vendors and subcontractors to obtain quotes for materials and services.
• Responds to customer information requests in a timely manner.
