Qualifications

• Prior experience in janitorial housekeeping preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply/divide with 10's and 100's.
• Basic computer skills desired but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Facility Manager with scheduling.
• Assist with administrative duties.
• Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and locker rooms and other work areas.
• Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies.
• Moving chairs and tables (approx. 20-25 lbs).
• Moving chemicals and tables (approx. 40+ lbs).
• Operates burnishers, scrubbers, pressure washer.
• Uses ManLift or ScissorLift Machine.
• Washes windows, door panels, and sills.
