Job summary

ABM Industries is seeking a Lead/Supervisor for facility operations in Towson, MD. You will coordinate daily tasks, delegate assignments, and ensure safety and cleanliness standards across assigned buildings.

The role requires leadership capabilities, at least 1 year in janitorial/custodial settings, and prior supervisory experience. A valid driver’s license is preferred; the position is on-site with a Sunday-Thursday night shift.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma, GED, or college degree is not required.
• 1 year of similar work experience.
• 1 year of Janitorial/Custodial experience.
• 1 year of lead or supervisory experience.
• Valid Driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Follow assigned work schedules, route cards as directed.
• Provides leadership and direction to team members.
• Monitors and documents client communications.
• Oversee and perform cleaning operations in assigned building.
• Oversee and perform additional service requests (tag job) in assigned building.
• Reports damaged, broken and out of work features/items.
• Completes and validates time records for regular or subcontractor employees.
• Checks supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly.
